Group Learning

Our training curriculum is not taught in a capsule, rather we utilize the group dynamic during each and every training session. The ability for our students to learn from, work with, and be comfortable in a group environment has proven to add value to our training program. It is one more effort that makes our training much more dynamic.

Friendly Open Environment

We go to great lengths to make sure everyone who attends an Impact Summit training session is engaged. Most of which can be accomplished by fostering a friendly open environment. The result has been outstanding. When one of our trainers asks a question, multiple people are ready and willing to answer. This is only possible in the Impact Summit environment.

Intense Material

Learning the Impact Summit material is not a task to be taken lightly. We think of it like climbing a mountain. When you're at the bottom looking up the mountain trail, you know the climb will not be easy and not for the faint of heart. But when you ascend the last boulder and reach the summit, you understand why you started climbing. The reward for completing our training program offers a similar intrinsic reward, and a whole lot more money!
