 Step 1: Recruiting

We discover the right people through an advertising campaign that is actively hands-on with potential recruits. As a result, the quality of our recruits is top-tier. Then, we invest time and energy with each recruit individually to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and their potential in the business. Our dedication allows us the opportunity to hand pick candidates!
At this point if a recruit appears ethically grounded, obtains a drive to succeed, and has the right attitude, we only then offer enrollment in our training program.

After training, energizing, and preparing our recruits, we look at your needs and offer the best, motivated and well-trained people for your dealership. Selected dealerships are offered premium services that provide a greater integration with our program. The goal is to match the recruits that best fit your store culture and vision. To accomplish this, we assess each recruit’s personality profile, experience, and learning style.
